Cardiac Rehab Program Expands
The North Lambton Community Health Centre in Forest now operates Sarnia Lambton's Cardiac Rehabilitation program. Executive Director Kathy Bresett says they've signed a voluntary integration agreement with St. Joseph's Health Care in London.
